At Thrive Gymnastics, birthday parties are designed to keep children engaged, active, and having fun while making the experience as smooth as possible for parents.
Each party includes guided gymnastics activities led by our team, followed by time in the party room to celebrate with food, cake, and your guests.
Included in Every Package
Guided Fun, Structure, and Celebration Time
All birthday party packages are fun, active experiences hosted in our bright and welcoming facility. Each birthday party package includes:
15 minutes of setup time
Hosts have access to the party space 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to get settled and prepare for their guests to arrive.
120 minutes of party time
Each party includes a full two-hour celebration, giving families time to enjoy both guided activities in the gym and time together in the party room.
60 minutes of guided gymnastics
The first hour is led by our team and filled with active, age-appropriate gymnastics fun designed to keep children engaged, moving, and excited.
60 minutes in the party room
This is a flexible section where you can share anything you want. It could be details or some information about feature three.

“An absolutely fantastic experience every time”
We have had a few birthday parties at Thrive Gymnastics, as well as attended many and it was an absolutely fantastic experience every time. The staff were incredibly friendly, organized, and clearly experienced in working with kids—they made everything feel easy and stress free for us as parents and attendees.
The coaches did an amazing job keeping the kids engaged and active with fun, age-appropriate activities. From obstacle courses to trampoline time, every child was smiling, laughing, and fully involved the entire time. It was the perfect balance of structured play and free fun.
The facility itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable and confident about safety. They also handled the clean up and transitions smoothly, allowing us to actually enjoy the party instead of worrying about logistics.
