Recreational Programs
Fun, skill-building 1-hour classes for every age — from toddlers to teens. Each program is designed around the specific developmental needs of that age group.
Recreational Program Fees
Fees for the September 2025 – June 2026 season (38 weeks) are $978.50 — or $97.85/month in 10 equal instalments, charged on the 1st of each month. Fees for the July – August 2026 season (8 weeks) are $218 + HST. All programs are subject to Gymnastics Ontario registration fee.
Girls Ages 8 & Up
For girls ready to take their gymnastics further. Focus on strength, technique, and skill progression across all four events. New athletes and experienced gymnasts welcome.

Boys Ages 6 & Up
A high-energy spin on traditional gymnastics — obstacle courses, bars, trampoline, and conditioning. Built for boys who love to climb, jump, flip, and run. Built to challenge and have a blast.

Baby Drop-In
Spend the morning moving, exploring, and making memories together. Baby Drop-In is a fun open gym playtime for little ones and their caregivers to crawl, jump, climb, explore, and laugh in a safe, welcoming Thrive environment.

Advanced Recreational Programs
Ready for more gym time and a bigger challenge? Our 1.5-hour advanced recreational classes give athletes more reps, more apparatus time, and more progression.
Advanced Recreational Program Fees
Fees for the season $1,467.50 for the full 38-week season — or $146.75/month in 10 equal instalments. All programs are subject to Gymnastics Ontario registration fee.
8+ Years
The highest-volume recreational option. For dedicated athletes 8+ who want serious skill development and more time in the gym.

Acro Programs (45 Mins)
Specialized acrobatics programming for athletes who want to go further — drop-in classes, private training, and multi-class passes.
Acro Advanced Drop-In
A fast-paced acrobatics class for dancers, cheerleaders, gymnasts, and acrobats. Work on strength, tumbling, walkovers, balances, and flexibility with Thrive coaches guiding every session. Recommended ages 7+.

Work directly with a Thrive coach on a fully customized program built around your level and goals. Ideal for athletes in dance, cheerleading, acro, or gymnastics who want focused personal training.

Adult Gymnastics
Want to pick up a new hobby or return to a sport you loved years ago? Adult Gymnastics is a structured class for adults who want to build strength, coordination, confidence, and body awareness in a supportive environment. Whether you are brand new or getting back into gymnastics, Thrive is here to support, coach, and challenge you.

Sweat & Sculpt
A fun, upbeat workout designed to get you moving, sweating, and feeling strong. This class is a Pilates and Barre Fusion that is quick but effective. It blends challenge, energy, and community in a welcoming Thrive setting, facilitated by our resident firecracker, MC!

What to Wear & Bring
Children should arrive dressed comfortably and safely for activity. Activewear is welcome for most classes, and gymnastics suits are not required for recreational and additional programs.

Athletes should be barefoot unless wearing approved grippy socks

Programs and camps can be registered for online at any time. Simply choose the program that fits your child and complete the registration steps. Birthday parties are booked by email so our team can help confirm the best date, package, and arrange details for your celebration.

Registration is completed online via our online booking page.
Activewear is welcome for most classes. Long hair should be tied back, jewelry should be removed, and athletes should be barefoot unless wearing approved grippy socks.
Yes. We offer 10% off your second child and 15% off your third child and each additional child.
Yes. A yearly Gymnastics Ontario registration fee applies.
No, we do not currently offer trial classes.
