Our Story

More Than a Gym

Thrive Gymnastics was created from a passion for gymnastics, child development, and community. From the beginning, the vision has been to build a gym that feels positive, energetic, and supportive for both athletes and families — a place where children can learn strong fundamentals, enjoy being active, and grow in an environment that feels encouraging from the moment they walk through the door.

We believe gymnastics should do more than teach movement. It should help children develop resilience, coordination, self-belief, and a strong foundation that carries beyond the gym. Whether an athlete is just beginning or pursuing more advanced goals, Thrive is a community built to help support that growth in a way that feels engaging, rewarding, energizing, and fun.

Passionate About Helping Children Thrive

Kristina Miranda founded Thrive Gymnastics from a lifelong passion for athletics, coaching, and working with children. Her vision was to create a gym that feels uplifting, supportive, and full of energy — a place where athletes can grow not only in skill, but in confidence.

With a background in business, health, and wellness, Kristina brings both heart and intention to everything Thrive offers. She is deeply committed to creating a positive environment where athletes feel seen, supported, and inspired to keep progressing.
